Return Policy

CSTX Network Supply will readily reclaim returns for substitution or credit.

Except if generally indicated, all items have a 90 day guarantee from the receipt date of the item. All switches and routers have a 1 year guarantee. We reserve the right to replace or repair a unit.

All software, SmartNet and licenses are non returnable or refundable. All sales on these items are FINAL.


In order to submit an RMA request, we need the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Serial number
  3. Reason for return & Action to take
  4. Whether the box has been opened or still has the manufacturer's seal in tack

An RMA number within 1 to 2 business days.

No returns will be honored without an RMA number included.

All RMA returns are valid for 10 Days from the date of issue.

All returns must have....

  1. A RMA# or a credit will not be issued
  2. There should be no writing, marks or damage on the original manufacturer’s box, including any shipping labels.
  3. All original packing material in the original box with the correct serial number, part number, mounting kits and manuals should be included.

Any unwanted or incorrectly ordered inventory will be accepted within 15 calendar days of the original ship date for a 25% restocking fee.

All new items must be in the original manufacturers box with the original manufacturers seal still in tack. If the seal is broken the RMA is VOID.

Flawed or DOA (Dead On Arrival) things will be acknowledged back inside 30 schedule days from the first ship date. Faulty and DOA items will be replaced with the same model. 

On the off chance that you get a damaged package/box, you should report it inside 2 business day.  Failure to report this within this time, CSTX Network Supply won't be be held accountable for the damage claims. 

Returns needs to be doubles boxed to ensure protection of the original box.  If any item is missing the RMA is null and void.

Replacements will only be shipped out once the defective item has been received in our warehouse.

Inability to return an item inside the relevant return periodwill be deemed an acceptance of the product.

Refunds 

All refunds are handled within 10 business days of the item(s) being confirmed defective and issued back to the original purchaser.

Refused Orders 

Any order refused will be billed a 25% restocking fee.
